The Xiaomi 15 is equipped with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with either 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or even 1TB of UFS 4.0. Notably, Xiaomi has discontinued the 8GB RAM variant for this series, reflecting the brand’s commitment to high-end performance and efficiency.
Robust Battery and Efficient Charging Solutions
One of the standout features is the Xiaomi 15’s 5,400mAh Silicon-Carbon battery—a major upgrade over the Xiaomi 14’s 4,610mAh capacity. Despite the increase in battery size, the phone retains a compact build at 152.3 x 71.2 x 8.08mm and weighs 191 grams, making it one of the slimmest phones with such a high-capacity battery.
The device supports rapid 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, enhanced by Xiaomi’s G1 battery management chip, which is designed to preserve at least 80% of battery health after 1,600 charge cycles.
